There are three different grades that determine the condition of the phone or device: Flawless, Average, and Broken but working. These grades are based on the appearance and functionality of customer’s device which will affect the offered price.
Customer’s devices are sold to dealers across the globe who repair them and sell them to customers, thus extending the life span of the device and promoting a sustainable and circular economy.
For mobile phones and tablets, they do not require to mail in any accessories.
